United Hatzalah & Specialized Tourist Police

Jerusalem has a specialized "Tourist Police" unit trained to assist international visitors with navigation & safety concerns. Look for officers in distinct uniforms or ask at the Kishle for a Tourist Police Officer.

Kishle Police Station

Address: Jaffa Gate (next to the Tower of David), Jerusalem.

Phone: 110 (Non-Emergency/Information)

This is the primary station for the Old City. Visit here to report lost property, file a police report, or seek official documentation. It is staffed 24/7.

Western Wall Police Post

Address: Western Wall Plaza (entrance near the Dung Gate/Security area).

Phone: 110 (General Info) or 100 (Emergency)

A dedicated police presence is located directly on the Western Wall Plaza. Officers are available here for immediate security assistance or to help with incidents occurring within the holy site area.

Tourist Information Center

Address: 1 Omer Ibn El-Khattab Square (just inside Jaffa Gate).

Managed by the Ministry of Tourism, this office provides free maps, tour advice, and official assistance for visitors.

Open Sunday–Thursday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM.
