Mrs. Chaya Yonah
Dec 1, 2025
The DOJ lists him as a victim of "FACE Act" violations, yet the State Prosecutor is dragging him back to court. Tomorrow morning, we flood the courtroom.
ATTENTION NEW JERSEY ‼️
For over a year, Dr. Moshe Glick – who heroically stepped in to save an older Jewish man from being violently attacked outside Congregation Ohr Torah in West Orange – has carried this fight almost entirely on his own shoulders. He has refused every “easy” plea deal—because he knows this case is about the greater Jewish community.
Now the Essex County Prosecutor is forcing him back into state court in Newark on Tues, Dec 2, at 9 am, on charges that should never have been brought. This is beyond ludicrous, especially considering that the U.S. Department of Justice correctly charged the actual anti-Israel agitators under the FACE Act and lists Moshe as a victim!
Your presence at the courthouse speaks louder than any brief or argument. It tells the judge and the prosecutor that this case is being watched by an entire community that will not accept the criminalization of a Jew who defended Jews.
Please come to flood the courtroom to support Moshe. Let us fill every seat! This is the least we can do for Moshe, who has already done so much for us.
